First, give us a call or email us so that we know your intent.  Many speaker’s calendars fill up fast, even one to three years in advance!  Next, we will work with you on your dates, fees, travel and expenses, and content and expectations pertaining to your special event.

Fees run anywhere between $500 to $10,000 or more depending on the speaker you select and your expectations in terms of number of speeches/lectures given, how many days and any other special requests you may have.  Travel expenses are additional.

After the details have been solidified, you will recieve a contract to sign and return, along with a deposit of 50% of the fee.  Your event will then be logged into the speaker’s calendar.  You will be able to work directly with the speaker on details pertaining to the content that will be delivered, book signings, travel details, etc.

The Orthodox Speakers Bureau will be available to assist and point you in the right direction for publicity leading up to your event.  We have also provided tools and references on our website to help you prepare.
